This feature has worked in the past, the server list still populates when attempting to transfer, when I select to transfer to either of my additional servers the button to do so will go a shade darker indicating it's been pressed but nothing happens. I've restarted servers, tried different cross ark codes, loaded older backups, even little things like ensuring my character has nothing on it to prohibit the transfer. Please help, since I cant ever get a hold of customer support.
furthermore- after multiple attempts to call customer support, finally got in the call queue. Was on hold for 45 minutes until they directed me to the same automated call us back message even though I was next in the queue. I have been unable to even access my new server for 10 days with no luck calling them directly. Unacceptable. 7zip rar files.
